I am a Psychotherapist, which is a reserved title, delivered only by the Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec. I am also a Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor and licensed Couple and Family Therapist, and a member in good standing of the Ordre des Travailleurs Sociaux et des Thérapeutes Conjugaux et Familiaux du Québec.
With over 35 years of experience working in various clinical settings, and in my private practice since 2002, I have worked with individuals, couples and families struggling with a wide variety of presenting problems, including:
- relationship difficulties
- parenting challenges
- anxiety (in adults or children)
- depression (in adults or children)
- post-partum depression
- school refusal
- adolescent risk-taking behaviors
- work burn-out
- life-cycle transition adjustments/difficulties

Available hours: Monday – Friday.
